• All retainers are non-refundable

Changes & Cancellations

• Final service counts are due 90 days before the event
• Changes after this time are not guaranteed

Travel

• Travel fees are based on location (from zip code 32803)
• Locations over 2 hours may require a hotel stay

Client Responsibility
Clients must provide a clean, safe workspace with adequate lighting and access to outlets.
